If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:
- payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase
- subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
- you may manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings
Refunds, billing disputes, and payment processing are handled by the respective app store according to their policies.
If a Service offers subscriptions directly through a website, the applicable billing terms will be presented during purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, design, branding, graphics, and content provided by us, are owned by Definitiive Pte Ltd or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
