Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many of our products are made to order, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or change requests after an order has been submitted for production.

If we do not accept your order, make a change to your order, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your purchases are subject to returns, refunds, or exchanges solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Because our products may be made to order, the total time for your order to arrive may include both production time and shipping time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by production partners, shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses, weather conditions, service disruptions, or events outside our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues outside our control. However, if your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@definitiive.com and we will do our best to help.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided by the customer.
